Role & responsibilities:-

Requirement for TUB dyeing.

Dye Preparation:

  • Preparing dye baths by accurately measuring and mixing dyes, auxiliaries (like salts, acids, and chelate agents), and water according to recipes.
  • Preparing stock solutions of dyes and chemicals for the batch.

Machine Operation:

  • Operating industrial dyeing machines (e.g., beck dyeing machines, jig dyeing machines), often involving loading fabric, setting machine parameters, and monitoring the dyeing cycle.
  • Ensuring proper fabric transport and handling within the dyeing machine.

Color Matching & Quality Control:

  • Performing lab dips and adjusting dye recipes to match color standards provided by buyers.
