Position: SEO Sales Expert (Permanent WFH – Inside Sales)

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Base Salary: ₹35,000/month

Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (performance-based)

OrderArt is an AI-powered platform helping restaurants in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada grow through smarter websites, integrated online ordering, SEO, and marketing automation. We work with local hospitality venues to increase visibility, drive revenue, and simplify operations.

What You'll Do

  • Sell SEO services to existing and new clients (primarily restaurants).
  • Conduct quick SEO audits and deliver ROI-driven proposals.
  • Handle the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitch, follow-up, close.
  • Upsell website, performance marketing, and digital service bundles.
  • Manage your pipeline and keep CRM data clean and updated.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience selling SEO services to international clients (e.g., US, UK, AU, CA).
  • Strong understanding of SEO: Local SEO, On-Page, Technical, Link Building.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
  • Proven track record in SEO or digital services sales.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with permanent remote work.
  • Familiar with CRM and common sales/SEO tools.

Preferred Tools

Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Pipedrive (or similar)

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹35,000/month

Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on performance)

On-target earnings (OTE): ₹55,000 – ₹85,000+ per month
