We are hiring Senior Accounts Executive for client company in Erode

Role Level: Supervisor / Finalization Lead
Gender: Only Male Candidates preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Work Location: Gangapuram, Chithode

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of finalization of accounts in coordination with external auditors.
  • Supervision of all core accounting activities: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Review and validation of accounting entries recorded by junior team members.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinating audits, tax filings, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Leading and mentoring the accounts team.
  • Credit Note and Debit Note Tracking
  • Coordinate with Departments

Core Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Data Validation) and MS Word.
  • knowledge of Taxation, and Statutory Compliances.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
