Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who not only lives and breathes Agile but also understands the real-world chaos of enterprise project management. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between process and practicality—someone who can guide multiple teams, manage delivery excellence, and bring structure to execution using Azure DevOps. You’ll be responsible for driving agile ceremonies, ensuring compliance with customer-defined processes, and building insightful dashboards and reports that make data-driven decisions possible. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) across one or more development teams. • Act as a servant leader and coach for development teams, helping them self-organize and deliver high-quality outcomes. • Partner with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure alignment of scope, timelines, and priorities. • Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking. • Create and customize ADO dashboards, queries, and reports to provide real-time insights into project and portfolio performance. • Integrate and extract data across multiple projects to support management-level reporting. • Ensure teams adhere to customer-defined processes, quality gates, and compliance requirements. • Identify process gaps and proactively suggest improvements aligned with Agile best practices. • Facilitate issue resolution, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, operations, and business teams to maintain project health. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master. • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, along with solid knowledge of traditional project management principles. • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Dashboards, and Reporting). • Proven ability to create and customize dashboards, automate reporting, and extract metrics across multiple ADO projects. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. • Strong understanding of KPIs and Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down, Lead Time, Cycle Time, . • Experience working with distributed teams and managing multi-vendor delivery environments. • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) or Agile Coaching certifications preferred. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Power BI integration for ADO reporting. • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or multi-team coordination. • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Prior experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
