Job Description:

Weare looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Service Management(ITSM) Consultant to join our team in multiple locations acrossIndia including Chennai Hyderabad Gandhinagar Kolkata and Gurgaon.The ideal candidate will have 46 years of handson experience inimplementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. As aServiceNow ITSM Consultant you will be responsible for designingdeveloping and deploying ITSM solutions to enhance our servicemanagement capabilities.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Implementation: Lead andparticipate in the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modulesincluding Incident Problem Change Service Request and KnowledgeManagement.
  • Customization andConfiguration: Customize and configure ServiceNowapplications to meet business requirements and enhancefunctionality.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensureseamless data flow and process automation.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze andimprove ITSM processes to increase efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • User Training andSupport: Provide training and support to endusers andstakeholders to ensure effective use of ServiceNow ITSMsolutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ITSM processesconfigurations and customizations.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot andresolve issues related to ServiceNow ITSM applications ensuringminimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely withbusiness analysts project managers and other IT teams to deliverhighquality ITSM solutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all ITSM solutionscomply with company policies standards and regulatoryrequirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Experience: 46 yearsof experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation andmanagement.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNowplatform including ITSM modules.
    • Strongknowledge of ITIL best practices.
    • Experiencewith JavaScript HTML CSS and other relevant programminglanguages.
    • Familiarity with web technologies(XML HTML Web Services etc.).
    • Experience withServiceNow Integration Hub and REST APIs.
  • Analytical Skills: Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • TeamPlayer: Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.

PreferredSkills:

  • ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) certification.
  • Experiencewith Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Operations Management(ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM).
