1.Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for niche and strategic roles.

Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Maintain and update recruitment dashboards.

2.HR Operations:

Maintain HR records and support compliance-related tasks.

3. Campus Engagement & Employer Branding:

Support planning and execution of campus hiring drives and branding initiatives across Tier 1 B-schools and engineering institutes.

Assist in creating engaging content for campus outreach.

4.MIS

  • Assist in reporting and dashboarding using tools like Power BI and Excel , transforming raw data into actionable insights for HR initiatives.
  • Support in preparing presentations for leadership reviews, and internal HR projects.
  • Work on data analysis and interpretation , contributing to decision-making across talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and familiarity with Power BI for visual storytelling and HR metrics tracking.

Job Specification :

  • Education : MBA/BBA/B.Com.
  • Work Environment : Willingness to work in a global working model.
  • Candidate required to commit minimum 6 months for full-time internship.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with HR tools (ATS, HRMS, LMS).
  • Understanding of core HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Interest in employer branding, campus engagement, and learning & development initiatives.
