Relationship Manager – Field sales

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with prior experience in B2B

sales, B2B internet services, or B2B marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for achieving monthly sales targets by conducting a minimum of 3 client meetings per day and

driving revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct at least 3 client meetings daily to pitch company products/services.

 Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.

 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as defined by the management.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

 Report daily sales activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status to the reporting manager.

 Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

 Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates for all sales activities.

Candidate Requirements:

 Graduate

 1–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in internet services or marketplace platforms.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

 Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

 Bike & Laptop required
