Position: Support Technician (Healthcare IT)

Experience: 2-3 Years

We are looking for a Support Technician with experience in healthcare IT to provide expert assistance for eClinicalWorks (eCW). The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, support end-users, and ensure smooth system operation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Be the primary contact for eCW support and troubleshooting.- Manage and resolve support tickets promptly.- Escalate complex issues to eCW support as needed.- Create and maintain knowledge base articles.- Collaborate with IT, clinical, and training teams to address user challenges.- Conduct user check-ins and proactive issue identification.- Provide training to improve eCW efficiency.- Stay updated on eCW updates and test new features.- Handle patient data with strict HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (preferred).- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in healthcare.- Hands-on experience with eCW software and troubleshooting.- Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare workflows.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Basic understanding of HIPAA regulations (additional training can be provided).
