Anaesthesia Technician

**Equipment Preparation**: Prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies for surgical procedures, including anesthesia machines, monitors, ventilators, and medications, ensuring they are in proper working order and calibrated according to established protocols.
- **Anesthesia Assistance**: Assist anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists with the administration of anesthesia, including the setup and maintenance of intravenous lines, airway management devices, and other adjuncts as required.
- **Patient Monitoring**: Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia depth during surgery, alerting the anesthesia provider to any changes or abnormalities and taking appropriate action as necessary.
- **Safety and Sterility**: Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment in the anesthesia work area, including proper handling and disposal of biohazardous materials.
- **Emergency Response**: Assist in emergency situations, such as airway obstruction or cardiac arrest, by providing immediate support to the anesthesia team and following established protocols for resuscitation and crisis management.
- **Documentation and Recordkeeping**: Maintain accurate records of anesthesia equipment usage, medication administration, and patient monitoring data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to anesthesia care, including identifying opportunities for process enhancement, equipment standardization, and staff training

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
