We are actively seeking individuals like you We are in search of a dynamic and promising candidate to assume the role of a Sales Development Representative. You will work very closely with our core business team, gaining valuable insights and experience in a high-growth tech platform.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively support the sales team throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and to introduce our platform
- Schedule and coordinate product demos for interested prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and activity
- Handle objections professionally and persistently to drive conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategies
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Edtech
- Proven ability to conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, ) and drive lead generation
- Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation abilities
- Experience interacting with and selling to clients in the US market
- Comfortable working in EST hour
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
- CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to grow in a long-term SaaS sales career
