Role: Manager – Programmatic
Job Responsibilities
Set up, traffic & manage campaigns via CM360.
End to end campaign management, integrations, tagging for measurement & attribution.
Manage pacing and evaluate KPI delivery, identify & implement optimizations, proactively make recommendations & provide campaign insights and evaluating at detailed levels including geographic areas, audiences and content.
Evaluate and deliver actionable audience insights and optimization-based insights per the cadence needed to enhance campaign strategy/goals.
Understand how to manage different kinds of goals and requirements (awareness, cost per action (CPA), viewability, brand safety).
Understand how holistic Ad Serving fits within media plans/objectives to develop/execute successful strategies.
Day-to-Day
Daily check of all the accounts - as the first activity of the day.
Creative Briefing / Creative Requirements for any current or new campaigns.
Set the goals and point of action sheets for the monthly planning of each account. This includes tracking the spends vs ROAS for the coming month and budget splits.
Being the person to review all setup campaigns and be intuitive on whether it should be improved with something or run.
Qualifications -
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with CM360 (DV360 experience is a plus)
Experience with campaign management in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to quickly learn new tools and programs.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
Data-driven and analytical with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables.
