Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Chennai, India Experience: 5–7 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong technical background and proven consulting experience to lead the planning and execution of multiple client projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Full Stack Development (at least one area at an advanced level) and the ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch and ongoing improvements.
• Translate client business objectives into clear technical requirements, roadmaps, and actionable development plans.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct technical feasibility analysis and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project performance metrics and present status reports to senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, or solution delivery roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in one of the following areas (must be very strong): o Data Engineering (ETL pipelines, data warehousing, big data frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.) o Data Analytics (data modelling, BI tools, dashboarding, advanced analytics, etc.) o Full Stack Development (frontend + backend technologies, architecture, deployment, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience managing diverse client projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle dynamic project demands. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). What We Offer
