Role and Responsibilities :

Pega Component Design and Development : Drive the design and development of Pega components within focused solutions, ensuring they align with technical, functional, and business requirements.

Pega DPA/RPA : Work on Pega Digital Process Automation (DPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) components, contributing to project delivery and process improvement.

DPA Leadership : Spearhead the DPA process within the team, providing guidance and expertise to drive efficient and effective automation initiatives.

Quality Assurance : Ensure that delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements, adhering to best practices defined by the team, organization, and industry.

Project Delivery : Drive the delivery of assigned tasks on schedule, contributing to the overall success of projects.

Agile Methodology : Embrace and promote the use of best practices and testing tools within an Agile-SCRUM work environment.

Additional Responsibilities : Execute other responsibilities and key results as assigned, contributing to the team's overall goals.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on DPA and RPA components.

- Strong understanding of Pega's architecture, frameworks, and development methodologies.

- Experience in designing and developing Pega components, including case lifecycles, rules, and integrations.

- Proven ability to lead and drive DPA initiatives within a team.

- Knowledge of best practices for process automation and robotic process automation.

- Experience working in an Agile-SCRUM environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications :

- Certifications in Pega development, such as Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA).

- Experience with other process automation or RPA tools.

- Knowledge of industry-specific best practices and standards
