Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling & Follow-up

  • Call prospective clients from the company database or marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert interest into site visits or bookings.

Client Engagement

  • Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial), pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
  • Address customer queries related to property details, legal documentation, and investment value.

Site Visit Scheduling

  • Convince clients to schedule site visits with the sales team.
  • Coordinate between clients and on-ground sales executives for visit arrangements.

Database Management

  • Maintain accurate lead details and call records in CRM software.
  • Update lead status (Interested, Follow-up, Not Interested, Visited, Converted).

Sales Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Support the closure of deals by ensuring clients are well-informed and interested.

Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls.
  • Share campaign feedback from prospects with the marketing team.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and offers.
  • Use insights to engage better with potential buyers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trust and maintain long-term relations with clients.
  • Ensure post-sale communication and referral generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹35,000.00 per month
