Job Overview
We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Sri Landstar Property Developers PVT LTD. This role is based in Coimbatore and Pollachi and offers the flexibility of Full-Time employment. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing personalized solutions and building long-term client relationships while contributing to our mission of simplifying the real estate process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation with the ability to identify and attract potential clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure beneficial outcomes for both the company and the clients.
- Experience in creating and maintaining engaging property listings to attract prospective buyers.
- Comfortable with cold calling techniques to reach out to prospective clients and expand the network.
- Skilled in client relationship management to foster long-term partnerships and trust.
- Knowledgeable in sales pipeline management to track leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Competence in property valuation to provide accurate pricing guidance to clients.
- Adept in market research to understand current trends and offer informed real estate advice.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers to convert them into successful sales.
- Negotiate terms with clients to achieve favourable outcomes for both parties involved.
- Develop and maintain a variety of property listings to attract a wide range of buyers.
- Conduct cold calls to increase client base and explore new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently to track client progress and optimize sales processes.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and provide informed advice.
- Assist clients with property valuation to facilitate informed buying and selling decisions.
