The ideal candidate will manage client enquiries, conduct site visits, and convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound enquiries from 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks, and channel partners.Conduct property presentations, virtual and on-site visits.Manage end-to-end sales process — from enquiry to agreement signing.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.RequirementsGraduate / MBA preferred.4 – 10 years of experience in real estate sales (residential segment preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in English and Tamil.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive performance-based incentives.Access to premium real-estate projects and marketing support.Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding construction brand.Professional, tech-driven work culture powered by Zoho One and Powerplay tools.
