Title: Operations & Administration Head – NBFC (Delhi HQ)

Company Overview:

Good Luck Financial Inclusion Pvt Ltd is an RBI-registered NBFC providing Consumer Durable, MSME, and Microfinance loans primarily in Tier 2 & 3 areas. With key focus on Consumer Durable Loans and a strong growth roadmap, we are looking for a versatile leader to manage our day-to-day operations, hiring, and IT requirements.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for running all operational, HR, and IT functions of the company, ensuring smooth loan disbursement, efficient staff management, and reliable technology systems. You will work directly with the Director and lead our HQ & branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Operations Management


  1. Oversee loan processing, branch coordination, and customer service delivery.

  2. Implement SOPs to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.

  3. Ensuring Compliance of sanction, disbursement & collection conditions.


Human Resources


  1. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance tracking.

  2. Maintain HR compliance and employee engagement.

  3. Development & Training of own team and dealer channels


IT Management


  1. Coordinate with vendors for software maintenance and upgrades.

  2. Implementation and configuration of the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS)

  3. Oversee hardware procurement and troubleshoot IT issues.


Vendor & Administration


  1. Manage office administration, vendor contracts, and procurement.

Customer Service


  1. Handle backend support for customer queries, service requests, grievance redressal, and account statements.

  2. Implement SOPs for onboarding, servicing, and complaint resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, HR, or IT.

  • 5+ years' experience in BFSI, NBFC, or financial services. Overall 7+ years of experience as operations manager.

  • Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication in English & Hindi.

  • Good proficiency in MS office, LMS/LOS software management
