Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Aracot Construction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electronics, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, warranty, and pricing clearly.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and upsell/cross-sell products.
  • Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth order processing.
  • Stay updated on latest electronics trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & basic English)
  • Presentable and well-groomed
  • Confidence in customer interaction
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills (for billing, stock checking, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate
  • Prior experience in electronics showroom or retail sales preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and interest in electronics may apply
