Location: Mohali (Onsite)Experience: 4–7 YearsWe are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage SEO/SEM strategies, and drive measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in digital marketing with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals (SEO, SEM, content, social, B2 B & B2 C campaigns).Lead organic traffic growth through advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, content, local, and e-commerce SEO).Conduct and oversee SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Manage paid marketing campaigns (SEM, Google Ads) for optimal ROI.Build and maintain a strong link-building strategy and healthy domain authority.Supervise website development, optimization, and Word Press management (including Yoast SEO).Lead content planning, creation, and SEO-focused writing across blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets.Drive marketing planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels.Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring delivery on KPIs and deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, and sales) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Deliver monthly/quarterly reports on traffic, leads, and campaign performance to management.Key Skills & ToolsSEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical, Local, E-commerce)SEO Audit & Keyword ResearchSEM (Google Ads, Search Campaigns)Content Strategy & ManagementB2 B and B2 C Digital MarketingLink Building & Domain Authority GrowthWebsite & Word Press Management (Yoast SEO)Marketing Planning & ExecutionData-driven Decision Making & AnalyticsExcellent English communication skills (written & verbal) – must-haveWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead global marketing projects.A collaborative and growth-oriented culture.Exposure to diverse industries and international clients.Competitive compensation with leadership growth opportunities.If you’re a results-driven digital marketer ready to take ownership and lead with impact, we’d love to hear from you
