Location : Mohali, Punjab (In Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth- Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively- Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing teamSkills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- Maximum 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and HubSpot- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Experience in the job market context of India is preferred.
