Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a marketing background eager to start their career in a creative agency. The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in managing social media accounts for our clients, creating in-house content, finding influencers, posting for clients, and assisting with styled shoots.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  - Assist in managing social media accounts for various clients across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

  - Schedule and post content as per the content calendar.

  - Monitor social media channels and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.


2. Content Creation:

  - Help create in-house content for Social Sherpa’s social media channels and marketing materials.

  - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop engaging and visually appealing content.


3. Influencer Outreach:

  - Identify and reach out to potential influencers and collaborators for various campaigns.

  - Assist in managing influencer partnerships and campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.


4. Styled Shoots Assistance:

  - Assist in organizing and executing styled shoots, including setting up, coordinating with photographers and models, and ensuring smooth operation.

  - Help create behind-the-scenes content for social media and marketing purposes.


5. Client Coordination:

  - Coordinate with clients to understand their social media needs and ensure timely delivery of content and updates.

  - Gather client feedback and communicate it effectively to the internal team for necessary adjustments.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Passion for social media and digital marketing.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.


Compensation:

- Starting CTC of 20,000 per month.
