Job Summary:
The Social Media Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team responsible for managing and enhancing the company's social media presence. This role involves executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering positive interactions with the target audience across various social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and plays a vital role in tracking and reporting on social media performance.

Job description:

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive engagement with the online community.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring alignment with marketing and branding strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling social media content, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, news, and updates to be shared on social media platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns by implementing social media promotions and amplification.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or coordination.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to develop engaging social media content ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
