About the Role:
Junior Engineer - Customer quality
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.Quality Assurance: Monitor and analyze product quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.Problem Resolution: Investigate quality issues and defects, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Advocate for customer needs and ensure their concerns are addressed in product development and production processes.Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key issues, resolution status, and improvement recommendations.Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality issues, corrective actions, and resolutions. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma / BE in Electronics
Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience in customer quality
Preferred Skills:
Experience in automotive sensor manufacturing industry
