Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement performance testing strategies and solutions.
  • Define performance test objectives, scenarios, and success criteria based on project requirements.
  • Develop performance test scripts and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
  • Provide recommendations for improving application performance and scalability.
  • Create comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
