Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance test plans and strategies tailored to project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
  • Execute performance tests to simulate real-world scenarios and identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Analyze test results and collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
  • Participate in performance-tuning activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
