With a capacity to handle over 1 lakhs liters of milk every day, we have a robust procurement network consisting of 200 milk societies, 2000 milk producers, and 10 chilling units.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in our Ghee Division. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the designated area, which includes managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role requires extensive fieldwork and regular travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Sound knowledge of the dairy products industry
Ability to analyze market trends and competition
Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Valid driver's license
Experience in Ghee sales is a must.
