UX Designer

for an InsurTech firm in the US.

The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the US.

Experience required : 3-5 yearsCTC : INR 7- 11 LPALocation : RemoteType of Employment - Full-timeTime - 5:30 pm-2:30 am (Monday-Friday)

ResponsibilitiesDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.Design engaging, user-centered interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.Optimize designs for responsiveness and scalability across devices and platforms.Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create high-quality assets.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.Play a critical role in the evolution of the design function, with potential growth into a Design Lead position.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, including advancements in AI-powered design tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Proven expertise in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and creative problem-solving.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
