The Position:
As a Design Merchandiser of CHASE LABS, one will be responsible for designing, defining, and implementing design and merchandise direction through detailed short and long-term sales strategies. These will include data-backed product selections aligned with customer needs and requests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance designers' expectations and the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time scales.
- Coordinating among the designing, marketing & merchandising team.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Remain up to date with the industry's best practices.
- Directing fashion photo shoots.
Requirements:
1. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
