Role Overview:

As a Technical Lead (AI/ML), you have the ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on coding tasks, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including business executives, project managers, and software development teams, to understand the organization's objectives and requirements. Your role involves assessing technologies, creating architecture designs, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful implementation of the solutions.

Responsibilities:

POC hands-on, client implementation setup, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Engage in client solutions, understanding client requirements, and proposing technical solutions.Interact with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure project alignment.Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and design guidelines, to facilitate efficient development and future enhancements.Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as executives and project managers, and provide recommendations on technology-related decisions.Identify and mitigate technical risks by proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable and feasible solution designs.Develop end-to-end solution architectures, considering factors such as system integration, scalability, performance, security, and reliability.Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and platforms to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure adherence to the architectural vision and best practices.Explore AI/ML technologies and Transformer architecture for innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Must have hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade products from scratch.You are a great team lead and value team collaboration and are an avid Individual Contributor as well.Proven track record of shipping products.Proficiency with advanced AI technologies such as

Generative AI, OpenAI API, LangChain, MLFlow, Transformer Models, Mixture of expert models, RAG pipelines, and LangSmith.Must have experience in

Node.Js, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture

and should have a deep understanding of

AI/ML and data pipelines.Experience in cloud computing platforms, such as

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud , and understanding of their services and deployment models.Familiarity with

DevOps practices , continuous integration/continuous deployment

(CI/CD) pipelines,

and containerization technologies like

Docker and Kubernetes.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey

complex technical concepts

to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of leading data science projects and teams with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.You think security, privacy, and compliance first -

HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, PII data protection, data masking, and data sensitizing.Extensive experience in building and managing

data pipelines, NLP, a solid understanding of LLMs, predictive modeling, MLOps, and solving complex problems in computer vision.
