The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the technical team through the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. This position requires a blend of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The Technical Lead will work closely with various stakeholders, including developers, operation managers, the digital marketing team, and the product manager, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Mentorship:Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support in technical development.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.Project Management:Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.Collaborate with the product manager to define project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.Technical Expertise:Act as the primary technical resource, providing hands-on coding and technical problem-solving when needed.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company’s technology stack and business.System Design & Architecture:Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Review and approve technical specifications and design documents created by the development team.Code Quality & Best Practices:Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality code.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Collaboration & Communication:Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and other stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong background in software development.Extensive experience in system design and architecture, preferably in a variety of technologies and frameworks.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.Technical Skills:Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, databases, and cloud services.Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Soft Skills:Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
