
HR Operations Assistant

Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations effectively
- Ensure Complete employee onboarding formalities, employee orientation
- Coordinate with Recruitment team for gathering new hire documents as per checklist.
- Timely issuance of Access Cards, Identity cards, Email IDs and resource allocation
- Maintaining and regularly updating internal database with new hire information
- Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
- Drive the process of confirmation/ probation extension and taking the corrective actions.
- Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements and Issue HR related Letters
- Responsible for generating ESI /PF Nos. employees registration and KYC data
- Assist in R&R and Engagement activities.
- Onboarding of employees
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Assist in all work related to sister concern company as and when required.
- Will be required to perform other HR related duties as requested, directed or assigned from time to time
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in HR/Psychology
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Self starter and inclined to own the responsibilities
- Available to join immediately
