Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BPO / Call Center recruitment Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our collection process. This role demands a high level of expertise in mass recruitment, a deep understanding of the BPO & collections industry, and proficiency in utilizing Spocto’s technology-driven collection solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for collections roles, including collection agents, team leaders, and operations managers.

  • Identify and leverage effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in recruitment technologies, especially related to Spocto’s collection solutions.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Oversee the screening and selection process for collections roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements, organizational values, and regulatory compliance.

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand staffing needs, workforce planning requirements, and business objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview training, and candidate evaluation.

  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the bulk hiring needs for the Spocto collection process.

  • Work closely with the HR, business and operations team to understand staffing requirements and create hiring plans to attract qualified candidates.


Recruitment Team Management:


  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure team performance and success.

  • Set clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the recruitment team and hold them accountable for achieving targets.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in bulk/mass hiring for BPO or similar sectors.

  • Proven experience in recruitment management, with a focus on collections or call center operations recruitment within the BPO industry.

  • Strong understanding of collections operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


Requirements
