What you’ll do:
Onboard new Inbound merchants , understand their requirements, and suggest the best payment solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell other payment solutions to new and existing merchants.
Maintain relationships by fulfilling clients’ requirements.
Identify gaps and resolve issues to ensure faster merchant onboarding and smooth merchant transactions.
Execute retention plans for churned merchants on a monthly basis.
Maintain brand visibility across the payments market.
Update merchants about applications, handle daily reports, and provide status updates.
Handle day to day new and existing merchant queries and provide best possible solutions
What Makes You A Great Fit:
0- 1 years, relevant experience in Hunting and selling, from Fintech background, preferably online payments
Course: BBA, B.com or MBA folks passout - 2024 and 2025
Has fair understanding of payments space
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
