About the Role:
We seek motivated candidates to build our institutional business. The primary goal is to establish a strong team, acquire new customers, and service them with our research ideas, technology, and seamless trade execution.
Position Title: Sales Dealer
Department/Team: Dealing - Institution
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing trades for clients on equity, derivatives, and currency markets with accuracy and efficiency.
- Activating and generating revenue from new clients.
- Proficiency in front-end software (ODIN/Bloomberg, Algos) and backend software (STP and Speed) for confirming trades.
- Providing periodic updates about research inputs to customers.
- Maintaining client positions and updating periodically.
Qualification:
- Education/Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in NISM/NCFM
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Dealer or similar role in broking, AMC, mutual fund companies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to activate new clients and generate revenue.
- Well-versed in using front-end trading software and algorithmic trading platforms for order placement and management.
- Familiarity with backend systems for STP and speed optimization to confirm trades swiftly and securely.
- Ability to monitor client positions and provide regular updates on research inputs, market trends, and investment opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.
