You’ll work directly with CXOs, government dignitaries, and partner brands (AWS, Sonatype, Indian Express, Snowflake, etc.) to expand our narrative around innovation, compliance, and India’s digital transformation.This is both a  strategic and execution-heavy leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, brand storytelling, and ecosystem building.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Ecosystem Growth Define and execute the national expansion roadmap for Flexi Roundtables across major innovation cities.Build and nurture strategic partnerships with  GCCs, tech enterprises, and media houses .Align Roundtable themes with market trends like  AI, Compliance, Sustainability, and Digital Trust .2. Leadership & Operations Oversee event experience design — from curation, agenda, and speakers to audience selection.Manage cross-functional teams across  program, marketing, design, and partnerships .Ensure operational excellence and ROI for every leadership experience.3. Partnerships & Brand Alliances Co-create flagship collaborations with global and Indian enterprises.Drive joint marketing campaigns, PR stories, and media amplification with partners.Own topline targets through sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic media tie-ups.4.
