Additionally, Candidate is responsible to continuously analyze and improve the processes to further extend the teams' range of services.What we’ll offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoyBest in class leave policy.Gender neutral parental leaves.100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral)Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour key responsibilities:Lead a team in Pune responsible for supporting the Risk services Division to ensure highest quality for a broad range of services allocated to the teamPerform all people management responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, motivating, guiding, development, performance management for the team and intervening when necessary to complete tasksContinuously analyze and improve the processes of non-client facing roles to extend the teams range of servicesDriving continuous improvement by embracing technology and automating manual processes; upholding highest levels of compliance and controls processesEstablish a culture that is responsive to the need of the business and ensure compliance with regulatory and business process requirementsEstablish quality check processes to ensure allocated tasks are accurate and delivered according to established quality standards and deadlinesEnsure overall compliance with relevant internal policies and regulatory requirements as they apply to the function of the team; make sure risks are identified and managedProactively identify and analyze stakeholders to understand their needs, interests, and influence, ensuring effective engagement strategies are developed and implementedYour skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology Auditing or related relevant field.Strong technical background in order to communicate effectively with team.Experience with audits and/or compliance assessments/monitoringAbility to operate in a fast-paced global environmentAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and embrace changeAbility to communicate clearly to various levels of management (including executive management), across various business functions (including engineering)Prior experience in managing people and teams on a day-to-day is preferredStrong process and technical knowledge of sales organizations for financial institutionsExperience improving processes (esp. of sales organizations) and driving organizational change; automation of manual processesDetail-oriented, organized with the ability to lead complex projects; ability to turn ideas into actionable items; agility to stay on task in a dynamic and constantly changing environment; motivated with strong drive for business resultsClear communicator able to operate at all levels in the organization and across cultural boundariesWork well under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
