Responsibilities
Retouch, enhance, and manipulate photos to meet project objectives
Apply color correction, cropping, lighting adjustments, and background edits
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand identity
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content teams
Organize and manage image assets and file versions
Ensure high-quality output for print and digital formats
Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and techniques
Qualifications
Skills in Photo Retouching and Image Editing
1-2 years of experience in editing or retouching e-commerce or product photos is a plus
Ability to edit large batches of photos efficiently
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus
Candidates from Kolkata preferable
