Responsibilities

  • Retouch, enhance, and manipulate photos to meet project objectives
  • Apply color correction, cropping, lighting adjustments, and background edits
  • Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand identity
  • Collaborate with photographers, designers, and content teams
  • Organize and manage image assets and file versions
  • Ensure high-quality output for print and digital formats
  • Meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Stay updated with editing trends, tools, and techniques


Qualifications

  • Skills in Photo Retouching and Image Editing
  • 1-2 years of experience in editing or retouching e-commerce or product photos is a plus
  • Ability to edit large batches of photos efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field is a plus
  • Candidates from Kolkata preferable
