Job Summary
The Presentation Designer (working title) supports ReSource Pro’s pre-sales and solution efforts as a part of the Deal Design team. This role works cross-functionally to translate ideas, concepts, and information into compelling, storytelling-focused customer- facing presentations and documents aligned with ReSource Pro’s go-to-market strategy.
Principal Responsibilities:
Custom Presentation Creation
Works with cross-functional teams in India, China, and the U.S. to understand requirements and translate them into storytelling-focused, visually compelling presentation decks for business development team members.
Leverage knowledge of storytelling techniques to organize and structure presentations to maximize salience and impact for the intended audience.
Creates custom presentations for prospective client proposals as well as current client expansion proposals.
Supports the bid and proposal team in the production of customer facing documentation that is consistently of the highest quality and impact.
Manages, supports, and delivers on the production of bids and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. Tracks and manages project timelines and deliverables.
Performance Reporting, Dashboard Creation
Should have a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to represent data and trends in easy to read graphical format
Ability to create reports, dashboards to publish performance scores
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Graphic Design
Develops visually compelling and easy-to understand proposal graphics, including simple and complex infographics and illustrations.
Collaborates with non-designers to translate their thoughts and/or vision into infographics.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of trends in graphic design, infographic design, and presentation design.
Working Experience required and preferred
4-8 years’ experience of presentation and/or graphic design experience
Experience creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity interactive prototypes with industry- standard design tools (e.g: Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Balsamiq etc.)
Experience in financial services industry required, experience in insurance industry preferred
Should have experience in creating dashboard in Excel sheet.
Mandatory skillsets: Adobe XD, Figma (Excel & PowerPoint)
Location: Bangalore (5 days Office, Saturday & Sunday Fixed off)
