Position Overview:
The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in the creative team, responsible for developing and executing a wide range of design projects. This includes packaging design, branding, social media content, and various other graphic design needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in these areas, along with excellent conceptual and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging Design: Develop innovative and visually appealing packaging designs that reflect brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
Branding: Create and maintain cohesive and compelling brand identities across all platforms and materials, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
Social Media Content: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including static posts, stories, banners, and advertisements.
Graphic Design: Produce high-quality designs for various print and digital projects, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and clients to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and ensure successful execution.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our work.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on packaging design, branding, and social media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects, particularly in packaging, branding, and social media.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
