What You’ll Do Handle inbound discovery calls with warm, high-intent leads Understand the prospect’s emotional challenges (anxiety, fear, panic, overthinking) Guide them through the program with clarity and empathy Handle objections calmly and ethically Maintain structured CRM updates, call logs & follow-ups Convert qualified leads into paying clients Support prospects with patience, maturity, and a solution-driven mindset Hit and exceed monthly revenue & conversion KPIs ⚙️ You Should Have 2–3 years of solid B2 C sales experience Strong maturity, emotional intelligence & patience Excellent communication in Hindi + English Ability to speak to emotionally sensitive individuals with empathy Strong objection handling, pitching & closing skills High follow-up discipline, CRM hygiene, and ownership mindset A quiet workspace + stable internet for daily zoom calls ????
