Sales Operations Manager


What will you be doing?

  • Analyse current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline the inside sales process for maximum effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with other departments.


Quality Assurance:

  • Establish quality standards for inside sales operations and ensure adherence to these standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to monitor the quality of sales activities, including calls, emails, and customer interactions.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to maintain and improve quality standards.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inside sales operations.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.


Technology and Tools Management:

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions and tools to optimize sales operations.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools and CRM systems.


What are we looking for?

  • Individual with outstanding English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
  • Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams.
