Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer based in Chennai. The selected candidate will oversee and participate in front-end and back-end development, design and implement software solutions, and lead full-stack development projects. Responsibilities include ensuring code quality, collaborating with teams to meet business requirements, and maintaining documentation of systems and processes. The candidate will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical decision-making processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and creating robust server-side applications Strong experience in Front-End Development and working with technologies like HTML, CSS, and advanced JavaScript frameworks Hands-on expertise in Full-Stack Development, with an ability to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly Comprehensive skills in Software Development methodologies, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating visually appealing and responsive designs Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams effectively Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
