Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer / Lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular or React), along with hands-on experience in building end-to-end solutions. The role requires solid technical proficiency, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end interfaces with backend services.Work on UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery / Angular / ReactJS. Ensure application scalability, performance, and security across all layers.Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver quality releases.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.Participate in design discussions, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts.Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development.Required Skills & Qualifications5–10 years of experience in software development, with strong full-stack development exposure.Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery / Angular / ReactJS.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and database design.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Interested candidates kindly share your resume to manoj.ganesan@kumaran.com
