Work Mode: 100% RemoteShift: US ShiftWeekly Off: 2 Days OffAbout Shifa TherapyShifa Therapy is a rapidly growing mental wellness organisation focused on improving emotional well-being through structured therapy programs. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Health Coaches who can guide clients and contribute to business success.Key Responsibilities• Engage with prospective clients to understand their mental wellness needs.• Clearly communicate Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and on-boarding steps.• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international clients.• Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets.• Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction.• Maintain accurate documentation and manage all client interactions within the CRM system.• Ensure timely follow-ups and lead tracking using CRM tools.• Work closely with the leadership team to share feedback, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Sales experience (mandatory).• Experience in mental wellness / therapy / healthcare industry preferred.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Comfortable working in US shift timings.• Experience with CRM software and data management.• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.What We Offer• Fully remote working environment.• Attractive and high incentives per closed deal.• Opportunity to work with international customers, mainly from the US.• Supportive team environment with direct collaboration with leadership.• A meaningful career contributing to mental health and wellness.
