The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by managing various projects and initiatives within the recruitment domain. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Project Management:Coordinate and manage recruitment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within established timelines.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress against objectives.Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.Candidate Pipeline Management:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and evaluations, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and priorities.Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.Facilitate regular meetings and discussions to review project status, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting:Compile and analyze recruitment data and metrics to track project performance and effectiveness.Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.Identify trends and patterns in recruitment data to inform decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a recruitment or HR setting.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar HR software.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
