ETL Tester (Automation Specialist)Experience: 4+ YearsLocation: PuneJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and proactive ETLTester with 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, including a strong foundation in manual testing and a proven ability to initiate and lead automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating new testing frameworks, improving test coverage, and accelerating release cycles through automation.- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications- Lead the transition from manual to automated testing by identifying high-impact areas for automation- Build and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and Dev Ops to ensure quality throughout the SDLC- Perform root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement in testing processes- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report metrics to stakeholders- Ensure regression testing is automated and integrated into CI/CD pipelines- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in automation and quality assurance- Can manage multiple projects in the fast paceRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 4+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in automation- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Test NG, JUnit, Postman, Rest Assured)- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab, or Azure Dev Ops- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
