The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating new testing frameworks, improving test coverage, and accelerating release cycles through automation.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applicationsLead the transition from manual to automated testing by identifying high-impact areas for automationBuild and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or CypressCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and Dev Ops to ensure quality throughout the SDLCPerform root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement in testing processesMonitor test execution, analyze results, and report metrics to stakeholdersEnsure regression testing is automated and integrated into CI/CD pipelinesMentor junior testers and promote best practices in automation and quality assuranceCan manage multiple projects in the fast paceRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in automationProficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Test NG, JUnit, Postman, Rest Assured)Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Java ScriptFamiliarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Lab, or Azure Dev OpsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practicesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
