Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Branding and Design Associate

to elevate Mokxa’s visual and brand identity across all touchpoints. This role will be responsible for creating compelling designs, developing branding strategies, and producing engaging content to enhance Mokxa’s social capital & market presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling, and experience working in the technology sector or similar industries.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications●

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)●

3-5 years of experience

in branding, graphic design, or creative strategy roles, preferably in the technology or B2B sector.●

Hands-on experience with

website design tools

such as Wix, WordPress, and Elementor; knowledge of

CSS/HTML

is a plus.Proficient in

Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator) and

video editing tools

such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.●

Strong expertise in leveraging

AI tools

to streamline workflows and enhance creative efficiency for

brand development

visual storytelling

creative direction

Ability to develop and manage

HR branding

and

internal communication materials

.●

Strong understanding of

color theory

typography

layout principles

to deliver visually cohesive designs.●

Experience in creating visual assets for

Key Responsibilities:·

Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual guidelines for Mokxa across all platforms and touchpoints.·

Create engaging designs for product collaterals, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.·

Lead the creation of festival visuals and HR branding materials to strengthen the internal and external brand presence.·

Produce high-quality video content and manage brand storytelling projects to captivate target audiences.·

Design and update websites using tools like Wix, WordPress, and Elementor, ensuring responsiveness and UX optimization.·

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to deliver on-brand creative solutions that align with organizational goals.·

Conceptualize and execute innovative creative strategies for campaigns, events, and social media.·

Leverage AI design tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative efficiency.·

Analyze and incorporate market research insights to improve branding strategies and design relevance.·

Optimize and troubleshoot website issues, with the ability to work on CSS/HTML-based adjustments as needed.·

Manage and update website designs, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.·

Monitor trends in branding, design, and technology to keep Mokxa ahead of the curve.·

Support the creation of HR branding and internal communication materials to foster a cohesive company culture.·

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with organizational goals.·

Track and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives to measure impact and inform future strategies.
