Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives and expand client base through structured sales activities
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial presentations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to strengthen business partnerships
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, production, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM/ERP tools
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills

  • Proven track record with 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and contract closure capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts with attention to timelines and details
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Management/Commerce preferred)
  • Prior exposure to industrial products, engineering solutions, or B2B sales will be advantageous
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and professional approach to sales
  • Willingness to travel for client visits, meetings, and industry exhibitions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
